The weather in Jaipur during the month of May jumps up and scorches to a maximum of 48 degree, which is extremely and deadly hot and dry.    

It is during this dry weather that the Hand Block Printing process shines at its best. The dry and hot air quickly oxidizes the primary colour and brings out the latent hues with a shining lustre.
